Please understand T&C stated below before any transaction:

1. Transaction is base on First Come First Serve.
2. Please clarify all doubts before purchasing/ordering.
3. Price stated NOT including postage fee.
4. All reserved item will automatically cancel without notice if payment not done within 3 days.
5. Payment 60% in advance after received your confirmation order/invoice and the balance 40% should be paid upon collection or delivery
6. Once payment is received, order will be dispatch the next working day. Tracking number will be given to customer.
7. Items sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
8. All item will be well packed for delivery. We will not be responsible for any lost during delivery.
